We are looking for a full-time, permanent Automation Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site in our office in Prague.

We are looking for an experienced Automation Manager (all genders) to lead the charge in optimizing and scaling our customer experience operations through advanced automation solutions. In this role, you will design and execute a cutting-edge automation strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency across all customer touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing tools like RPA, AI chatbots, and CRM systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms. You will analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, track the success of automation initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous enhancement.

Collaboration is key—you will work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience, IT, and vendor teams to configure tools, address issues, and ensure ongoing support and maintenance. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting user adoption by partnering with training managers to create resources that empower teams to maximize the benefits of automation tools. Staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll drive innovation that aligns with our business goals and enhances customer satisfaction.
What convinces us
Your personality, paired with:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience managing automation projects, ideally in a customer experience setting
  • Familiarity with RPA tools, AI/chatbot solutions, CRM systems for e.g., Freshdesk, and data analysis tools for e.g., SQL, Power BI
  • Proven track record in automation-focused roles
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
