Your responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing tools like RPA, AI chatbots, and CRM systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms. You will analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, track the success of automation initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous enhancement.
Collaboration is key—you will work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience, IT, and vendor teams to configure tools, address issues, and ensure ongoing support and maintenance. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting user adoption by partnering with training managers to create resources that empower teams to maximize the benefits of automation tools. Staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll drive innovation that aligns with our business goals and enhances customer satisfaction.
