We are looking for a Business Development Manager (all genders) to join us as soon as possible in a full-time, permanent position. We operate remote-first, but you can choose to work hybrid or fully on-site if you live close to one of our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, or Munich.
In your role as Business Development Manager, you will become a close sparring partner and trusted advisor to our entire C-level team. Together, you will work on both strategic and operational initiatives that significantly shape the direction of our fast-growing and constantly evolving company. You advise, challenge, and structure discussions — while at the same time taking full ownership of topics where your work has a measurable impact.
You support key business decisions by preparing solid decision-making foundations and translating complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations. For investors, management, and internal stakeholders, you create high-quality presentations and analyses — precise, structured, and straight to the point.
At the same time, you take responsibility for your own areas of ownership and make decisions with direct relevance to growth, efficiency, and scalability. You independently drive initiatives, connect the dots, push follow-ups, and ensure that decisions don’t stall — but are actually implemented.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication. Your day-to-day work is not dominated by endless alignment meetings, but by clear, critical questions:
Where do we create value?
Where are we losing time or money?
Which initiatives truly contribute to our Value Creation Plan — and which do not?
