We are looking to fill a full-time, permanent Team Lead B2B Sales & Key Account Management (Cloud & Hosting) at the earliest possible date.
We operate remote-first within Germany, but if you live close to one of our locations (Munich, Cologne, Hamburg or Berlin), you are free to choose whether you work hybrid or fully on-site.
You will take on a central role in scaling our B2B business. Your primary focus is on acquiring new customers, while also systematically developing existing customer relationships where real growth potential exists, and leading your small, dedicated team.
At the beginning, you will immerse yourself in our existing customer base and work closely with the team, including participating in QBRs with our most important key customers. Based on these insights, you will define clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for new customer acquisition, identify sales patterns, and gradually build a robust outbound pipeline.
You conduct structured sales conversations, understand the technical requirements and decision-making structures of your contacts, and guide new customers from the first interaction through to a stable setup. You deeply understand your customers’ use cases and position our portfolio — Bare Metal Servers, Cloud VPS, and Object Storage — as scalable solutions with global availability. In doing so, you actively involve relevant customer-side stakeholders and coordinate internally with your team of two Key Account Managers as well as closely with Support and Operations.
In parallel, you identify win-back opportunities among lost customers and develop systematic approaches for upselling selected key accounts. You use QBRs not just for relationship management, but as a concrete tool for growth and long-term retention.
You work consistently in a data- and process-driven manner: supporting the setup and expansion of our CRM, maintaining and structuring the pipeline, actively using KPIs to prioritize your activities, and ensuring reliable forecasts. Your insights contribute to the development of a Sales Playbook that establishes repeatable patterns, standards, and processes in B2B sales.
In close collaboration with Product, Operations, and Support, you feed back market and customer insights, identify improvement opportunities, and help continuously evolve both our offering and our sales setup. Your goal is a scalable, clean B2B sales model with sustainable growth — not short-term, one-off deals.
