We are looking for a full-time, permanent General Support Agent (all genders) to start as soon as possible in our Prague office.
You are the first point of contact for our international customers — mostly via our ticket system, occasionally through live chat. You provide reliable and solution-oriented 1st-level technical and administrative support, handling topics such as basic networking questions, billing inquiries, account management or contract adjustments.
You collaborate closely with our specialized teams, including Billing and Technical Support, to ensure that every request is resolved accurately and efficiently. Along the way, you continuously update your knowledge, stay curious, and proactively upskill to keep pace with our evolving products, tools and processes.
In short: You make sure that every customer interaction reflects the quality we stand for — and you play a key role in shaping how customers experience Contabo from day one.
Working hours: Day shifts (rotating weekly). Night shifts are extremely rare and always voluntary.
