We are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Support Agent (all genders) to start as soon as possible in our nightshift in the Czech Republic. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
As our Customer Support Agent, you will take on responsible tasks to ensure smooth operations for our customers, during the nightshift.
You are the first point of contact for all enquiries from our international customers and take care of first level IT support. This also includes processing the ticket system.
Communication is mainly in English. But if you are multilingual, we have the opportunity to make full use of your language skills by assigning you to look after our German or Spanish-speaking customers. You are also the person who wears the hat when it comes to administrative, commercial, technical, organizational and contractual problems and questions.
Furthermore, you check the latest processes and procedures for Contabo and manage customer data and support our customers with questions about payment processes and invoicing. Team cohesion is also important, as you will interface and coordinate with other teams, such as our billing and 3rd level support teams.
We will also support you with a good induction and you will receive additional payment of shift allowances for occasional work at weekends and on public holidays. So, join a team now where everyone counts.
