As our new Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of five- to six-figure monthly budgets and multi-channel performance campaigns across search, display, social and programmatic for multiple countries. You’ll be the one to make sure every euro we invest turns into measurable growth – in traffic, conversions and customer lifetime value.
This role is about more than just running ads. You’ll mentor and align junior marketers, helping them grow while raising the bar for the entire team. Together with our Team Lead Performance Marketing, you’ll shape our performance strategy and make sure execution runs at the highest standard.
Data is your playground: You’ll dive deep into GA4, Looker or SEMrush, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable steps. From creative testing to bidding automation, you’ll also leverage AI tools to optimize performance and scale campaigns efficiently.
With your strategic mindset and hands-on mentality, you’ll constantly explore new ideas, test bold approaches, refine existing setups and implement process automation that ensures long-term efficiency and scalability.
