Our mission is to enable experts and beginners alike to play their favourite games together with their friends. From Palword and Enshrouded to Minecraft and Battlefield, we provide a wide variety of around 100 different multiplayer games from all genres.
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Marketing Manager (all genders) for GPORTAL to start on 01.07.2025. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

When funnels flow smoothly, dashboards tell a story and lifecycle campaigns hit just the right moment?
Then we might be looking for you: a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who’s as comfortable diving into GA4 as they are building meaningful customer journeys.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our GA4 setup – reviewing events, parameters, goals, and user flows – and develop a tracking strategy that covers all key journeys: onboarding, conversion, upsell, and churn. You’ll spot opportunities, launch A/B tests to improve our funnels, and set a strong data foundation for decision-making across teams.
Together with the team, you’ll define KPIs that matter for both e-commerce and CRM, and build dashboards that offer clarity and direction. You'll design lifecycle campaigns that span the entire customer experience – from welcome to winback – with a focus on personalization, automation, and scale.
You’ll help us improve retention and increase CLV by implementing a thoughtful testing roadmap and continuously optimizing automated campaigns. Your insights will directly support the evolution of our product and marketing strategy.
