We are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Support Agent (all genders) who speaks German and is interested in working the night shift, to start as soon as possible, in our Prague office.
As our German speaking Customer Support Agent, you will take on responsible tasks to ensure smooth operations for our customers, during the nightshift.
You are the first point of contact for all enquiries from our international customers and take care of first level IT support, mainly dealing with tickets and emails.
Even though most of our communication is in English, we are constantly expanding our language pool. In this way, we want to offer our customers an even better service. You will focus on German-language tickets, but if there are none available, there will certainly be an English-language ticket for you. You are also the person who wears the hat when it comes to administrative, commercial, technical, organizational and contractual problems and questions.
Furthermore, you check the latest processes and procedures for Contabo and manage customer data and support our customers with questions about payment processes and invoicing. Team cohesion is also important, as you will interface and coordinate with other teams, such as our billing and 3rd level support teams.
